Hey! I’m Ziggy (they/them) and I run Hard Easy Tattoo entirely on my own. In 1999, I started learning how to hold a crayon. In 2019, I began learning how to tattoo. The visual arts have always been a part of who I am. Whether we’re talking illustration, painting, digital art, animation, sculpting, or tattooing, I explore it all!

For a great portion of my life, I thought I wanted my career to surround teaching kiddos the fundamentals of art. I worked in preschool for nearly six years pouring all of myself into our youth. That is until tattooing made its way into my life

I started tattooing myself as a form of self-empowerment and getting in touch with my gender identity. Then I started tattooing friends, and friends of friends, until suddenly I had a small clientele built. Once I felt confident in my abilities to create quality work, I opened up shop

When folks walk into Hard Easy, my goal is to ensure they feel comfortable and advocated for. I make it a priority that every session ends with clients leaving with a piece of art they can be proud of, and hopefully feeling a little bit more at home in their skin
